一般描述
產(chǎn)品是用高純度人補體蛋白免疫山羊的全多克隆抗血清。 產(chǎn)物不是純化的IgG級分。
山羊在FDA認證的設(shè)施中維護。
物理特性和結(jié)構(gòu)
抗血清中存在的抗體主要是IgG。
應用
Western Blots：根據(jù)條件有效稀釋度為1 / 16,000至1 / 32,000。 注意： 對抗非還原抗原有效。
ELISA： 根據(jù)條件，稀釋度為1 / 32,000至1 / 64,000時有效。
免疫擴散： 對1/8稀釋的NHS和血漿有效
僅供研究使用。
不適合人類或藥物使用。
